These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Vinaex ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Vinaex platform or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Vinaex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. About Vinaex

Vinaex is a technology-driven automated investment platform that connects users with AI-powered trading systems and regulated financial infrastructure through a single unified interface. Our platform uses advanced machine learning algorithms and real-time market intelligence to identify and execute trading opportunities on behalf of registered users — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Vinaex is designed for both beginner and experienced investors seeking a simplified, technology-driven approach to generating passive income. With a minimum entry point of $250 and over 37,000 active users worldwide, our platform provides access to institutional-grade trading tools without requiring prior financial knowledge or manual involvement.

Vinaex does not provide personalised financial advice, portfolio management services, or investment recommendations. The platform is a technology infrastructure that facilitates automated trading activity based on algorithmic analysis. All investment decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the user.

2. Elegibilidade

To register and use the Vinaex platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Uma conta por usuário: each individual may hold only one registered account on the Vinaex platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited.

Vinaex reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability.

To access the full functionality of the Vinaex platform, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Segurança da conta: you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. You agree to notify Vinaex immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Serviços de plataforma

Vinaex provides the following core services to registered users:

Negociação automatizada por IA: O mecanismo de inteligência artificial da plataforma processa mais de 50.000 sinais de mercado por segundo para identificar oportunidades de negociação lucrativas e executar negociações automaticamente em seu nome, sem necessidade de intervenção manual.

Painel de desempenho em tempo real: Os usuários registrados têm acesso a um painel de controle em tempo real que exibe o saldo da conta, as posições ativas, o histórico de negociações, os dados de lucros e perdas e as métricas de desempenho da plataforma.

Vinaex continuously develops and improves its platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Depósitos e Levantamentos

Depósito mínimo: the minimum initial deposit required to activate trading functionality on the Vinaex platform is $250. Subsequent deposits may be made at any time in accordance with the platform's current funding guidelines.

Métodos de pagamento aceitos: deposits and withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallet, or card, subject to availability in your region. Vinaex does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Vinaex aims to process withdrawal requests efficiently, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payout method and applicable verification requirements.

Tarifas: Vinaex does not charge registration fees. Certain payment methods or third-party service providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Vinaex's control. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, payment provider, or cryptocurrency network.

Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risk. Before using the Vinaex platform, you must carefully consider your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. The following risk disclosures are an integral part of these Terms:

Risco tecnológico: automated trading systems are subject to technical risks including software errors, connectivity issues, and cybersecurity threats. While Vinaex implements rigorous security and redundancy measures, no technology platform is immune to unexpected failures.

Risco regulatório: changes in applicable laws, regulations, or government policies in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where Vinaex operates may affect the availability of the platform's services or the tax treatment of your investment returns.

By using Vinaex, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these risk disclosures and accept full responsibility for all investment decisions made through or in connection with the platform.

7. Atividades Proibidas

In addition to the conduct prohibited under our Abuse Policy, you agree not to use the Vinaex platform for any of the following purposes:

Tentativa de obter acesso não autorizado a qualquer parte da plataforma, sua infraestrutura, contas de outros usuários ou sistemas administrativos internos.

Deploying automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform in ways not explicitly permitted by Vinaex.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on Vinaex's proprietary software, algorithms, content, or brand assets without prior written authorisation.

Utilizar a plataforma de qualquer forma que viole as leis locais, nacionais ou internacionais aplicáveis, incluindo, entre outras, as normas relativas a sanções e as obrigações de declaração de impostos.

A violação dessas proibições pode resultar na suspensão ou encerramento imediato da conta, na perda dos saldos e no encaminhamento às autoridades reguladoras ou policiais competentes.

8. Propriedade Intelectual

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, data, and other intellectual property available on or through the Vinaex platform are the exclusive property of Vinaex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of utilising Vinaex's services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Vinaex's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of our rights and expose you to civil or criminal liability. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights globally.

Vinaex does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. 11. Limitação de Responsabilidade

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vinaex and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Vinaex's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indenização

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinaex and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

13. Suspensão e Encerramento de Conta

Vinaex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with our standard procedures and applicable legal requirements. Vinaex will not be liable for any loss resulting from account suspension or termination carried out in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

14. Lei aplicável e resolução de disputas

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Vinaex platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution.

Caso uma disputa não possa ser resolvida informalmente em 30 dias, ela será submetida a arbitragem vinculativa, de acordo com as regras de arbitragem aplicáveis em vigor em Ontário, Canadá. Nada nesta cláusula impede qualquer das partes de buscar medidas cautelares urgentes ou outras medidas equitativas perante um tribunal de jurisdição competente, quando necessário para evitar danos irreparáveis.

15. Alterações a estes Termos

Vinaex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by sending an email notification to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Vinaex platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

16. Divisibilidade

Caso alguma disposição destes Termos seja considerada inválida, ilegal ou inexequível por um tribunal ou tribunal arbitral de jurisdição competente, tal disposição será modificada na medida mínima necessária para torná-la exequível, ou excluída dos Termos se a modificação não for possível. As demais disposições destes Termos permanecerão em pleno vigor e efeito.

17. Acordo Integral

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Abuse Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vinaex with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
